How can I choose a quantity that is not on the drop down menu?
Click the “edit basket in detail” link, this will allow to enter any figure and update the order.
I cannot find the product I want, but I know you sell it. How can I find it?
At the bottom of the shop menu there is a search function. Enter any text and click the arrow. A list of products containing that text will appear. If the product you want is still not there contact brianw@vista-optics.com
Can I change the currency that I have chosen to use?
No, this setting does not allow change from one currency to another. This is set so that neither Vista Optics nor our customers lose out because of exchange rate variation.
Can I change my password to something easier to remember?
Yes, you can either do this yourself, by clicking on the change password icon and entering a new password or if you need help to do this please contact us and we can change it for you to a word, number or combination of both of your choice.
I have special requirements for shipping, will they still be followed?
Yes, there is a box that will come up on the screen just before your order is complete and this says, 'Special Requirements' you can enter any instructions here. The same person at Vista that has always done the shipping is still taking the orders from the on line system and will be shipping in the normal way to you. |
